Step By Step Process To Get Your System
1. Send us your Info
All we need for a quote is your name, email, and address. We also need to know whether or not your need just the raindrop... or if you also need new gutters and downspouts as well. We use home records and satellite imaging to give accurate quotes without even needing to physically see the property.
2. We calculate your Quote
Once we have the info... we use our imaging system to calculate how many linear feet of the raindrop gutter system is needed. We will submit our satellite report so that you can see our calculations and make sure there are no mistakes
3. Proposal
Once the quote arrives review it at your leisure and if you decide to go forward with the project... we will send a formal work order with the details of the project and expectations for the install. On the work order we will have an estimated install timeframe and the install will take 1-2 days.
4. Payment Check/Credit Card/Financing
- For payment terms, we only require 1/3 of the total as a deposit either via check or credit card(all cards accepted) the remaining 2/3 will be due upon satisfactory completion of the job
- We also have several lending partners that we work with and can secure no interest and no payments for a full year... no deposit is required if you decide to finance the project with us
5. Phone Call
Once the work order is signed and payment terms are either decided or still being decided.. we will reach out with a welcome phone call to discuss the terms.. once finalized we will process the order
6. Install
Once the materials arrive at our home office.. you will receive an email and a call from our scheduling team to book your install. Install should take 1-2 days and once complete our foreman will do a walk around with you for final approval and the final payment on the project!
